The juice comes exclusively from the first press. The base rape has flowed naturally thanks to gravity, with no pumping. We specially value this technique for the elaboration of our Champagnes. It allows to use very low quantities of sulfites (three times under standard vinification). This very «natural» vinification and the rare quality oak casks we use for part of the wines gives to our pinots a very beautiful copper-coloured aspect, close to last century's tradition.

Medium light gold with silver tinges, important and consistent cordon of tiny bubbles.
The nose is exuberant with a medley of notes ranging from citrus fruit, candied fruit and tobacco leaves.
Lively on the palate with a chiselled texture and a lovely concentration of mouth aromas ending on an appealing fresh almond aftertaste.
This is a more delicate cuvée than the others but very easy to drink and enjoyable now.
